3. How do I start the process?
The first step for any new service is to schedule an on-site assessment through our appointment page. This meeting allows our service director to perform a walkthrough of your facility, understand the scope of work, and gather the details required to provide you with a formal, detailed service proposal.
4. What are your rates?
Because every property is unique, we provide custom proposals after an initial on-site assessment rather than quoting standard hourly rates. This ensures our pricing is accurate and tailored to the specific scope of work required. To start this process, please schedule an assessment.
5. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded to protect your business, your property, and our team. This is a non-negotiable part of our commitment to providing a professional and secure service.
6. What is your appointment cancellation policy?
To secure an on-site assessment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule this appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
7. What is your availability?
Our services are available 7 days a week. We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning, evening, and overnight options to suit your operational needs.
8. How do I pay for ongoing services?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. For our commercial clients, we offer invoicing with standard payment terms, which will be outlined in your service agreement.
