Website files & reference guide

Download the ZIP for the full website source and local assets. Download this self-contained HTML guide to read offline, or print it to save a PDF.

If the file link still returns 404, use Download new ZIP at the top of the updated homepage. That fresh copy is embedded in the homepage itself and does not request a separate ZIP file URL.

If your browser blocks downloads inside the preview, open this page in a new tab and try again.

Extract the ZIP before opening its files. A local preview is for reference only: it cannot submit inquiries. Some links and any remaining externally hosted images require internet access. These downloads do not include customer submissions, account settings, credentials, or secrets.

The review

Good direction. Less friction.

The website’s strongest feature is its clear hospitality-operations identity. The charcoal, cream, and red palette, BOH branding, and “The Work Behind the Experience” headline distinguish it from a generic cleaning website. Stewarding, housekeeping, and public areas provide a sensible core service structure, with Jonathan’s profile adding a personal connection.

The review identified opportunities to shorten first-contact forms, clarify the service area, align concierge descriptions, reduce repeated copy, improve request-dialog accessibility, and give the main service sections individual page addresses. It recommended genuine customer evidence rather than additional marketing claims.

The original assessment examined the local source, styles, assets, navigation, and forms. It was not a live-delivery audit, measured performance report, or confirmation of insurance coverage.

Completed refinements

What changed and why

A shorter first step

New inquiries and assessment requests start with four required fields: name, email, city/community, and a short description. Detailed service booking and completed-service review remain separate processes. No inquiry promises a confirmed appointment or a response deadline.

Clearer geographic coverage

The homepage, contact section, and inquiry form state that BOH serves Apple Valley, Minnesota, and nearby communities within about a 35-minute drive. No unconfirmed city list or guaranteed travel radius was added.

Consistent concierge messaging

Concierge is described as support for homes, moves, events, and personal projects. The repeated opening headline was replaced, selected copy was tightened, and the commercial-cleaning and concierge heroes were brought closer to the homepage’s visual language.

More complete request-dialog behavior

The request dialogs gained consistent labeling, keyboard focus containment, Escape dismissal, background interaction blocking, and focus restoration. The new inquiry includes sending, success, and error states that preserve entries if sending fails.

Individual service pages

The five main service sections received standalone addresses, initial page-specific titles and descriptions, canonical metadata, and sitemap entries. Existing hash links still work. Service navigation also includes ordinary links rather than relying only on buttons.

Downloadable reference materials

The website files, local assets, guide, and preview instructions were packaged for your computer. Local-preview forms are prevented from sending submissions or displaying misleading delivery confirmations.

Local preview instructions

  1. Download the website ZIP and extract it into a folder.
  2. For this reference guide, open reference/index.html directly in your browser. It does not need a server.
  3. To preview the complete website, install Node.js if it is not already available, open a terminal in the extracted folder, and run node scripts/preview.cjs.
  4. Open http://localhost:8889 in your browser. Keep the terminal running while reviewing.
  5. Press Ctrl+C in that terminal to stop the preview.

The full website uses site-root asset paths, so opening its main HTML file directly is not equivalent to using a local server. Local inquiries do not reach BOH. Use the published website for real requests.

Validation

What was checked

Local browser checks passed for desktop and mobile layouts, the four-field inquiry, all five service routes, browser history, legacy hash links, keyboard focus handling, and dialog dismissal. Inquiry success and failure states were tested with intercepted responses rather than real submissions. The ZIP passed its integrity check, the guide opened independently offline, and the extracted website ran using its included preview server. Local-preview forms did not send submissions.

These checks did not verify live Netlify delivery, email notifications, search-engine indexing, or business claims. No production inquiry was submitted.
