BOH BACK OF THE HOUSEOPERATIONS
COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Professional Cleaning for Businesses That Expect More.

Hospitality-level attention to detail, reliable facility support, and cleaning plans built around the way your business operates.

Your workplace is part of your business.

It affects how employees work, how customers see you, and how your operation functions every day.

Back of the House Operations provides professional commercial cleaning services for businesses that need more than basic janitorial support. We bring the attention to detail, consistency, organization, and operational awareness used in hospitality environments to commercial spaces.

From routine cleaning and sanitation to deep cleaning and specialized support, we build services around your facility, schedule, and business operation.

The BOH Cleaning Approach

Clean with a purpose.

BOH plans cleaning around the area, surface, condition, and property expectations. Appropriate tools, care between areas, organized routines, and timing around your operation guide the accepted work.

Steam cleaning, pressure washing, and other methods are reviewed for the surface and scope before confirmation.

Targeted Projects · Overnight Requests

Specialty Cleaning Services

Focused cleaning for a specific area, surface, or project at gas stations, active or completed construction sites, convention centers, and other commercial properties. Deep cleaning, steam cleaning, and pressure washing may be used where suitable for the surface and agreed scope. Request daytime, evening, or overnight service around your business hours.

Service Coverage

More Than Surface-Level Cleaning

Commercial support is built around the condition of the facility, traffic patterns, operating hours, and the standards your business needs maintained consistently.

Routine Facility Cleaning

Scheduled support for work areas, common spaces, entrances, restrooms, break areas, and other high-use zones.

Restroom & High-Touch Sanitation

Focused attention to frequently used surfaces and sanitation-sensitive areas that influence employee and visitor confidence.

Floor & Detail Care

Cleaning support for hard floors, carpeted areas, edges, corners, fixtures, and overlooked details that affect the overall appearance of a facility.

Deep Cleaning

Project-based cleaning for facilities that need a reset, additional detail work, seasonal attention, or support beyond the regular routine.

Recurring Service Support

Consistent service plans can be structured around your operating schedule, traffic levels, priority areas, and service expectations.

Quality & Accountability

Clear expectations, service verification, communication, and attention to recurring concerns help keep standards from slipping over time.

Built Around the Facility

A Cleaning Plan Should Fit the Operation.

No two facilities operate exactly the same. Service needs can change based on occupancy, customer traffic, shift schedules, sensitive work areas, events, deliveries, and the times when cleaning can be completed without disrupting business.

We review your request and, when needed, arrange an assessment to understand those details before defining the appropriate service approach. Final scope, scheduling, and payment requirements are confirmed through the service process rather than assumed from a generic package.

What We Review

✓ Operating hours and access windows

✓ Employee, guest, and customer traffic

✓ Restrooms, shared spaces, and high-touch points

✓ Recurring concerns and presentation standards

✓ Routine, deep-clean, or project-based needs

Operational Awareness

We Understand the Operation Behind the Cleaning

A commercial cleaning company should understand that every facility has a business happening inside it. People are working. Customers are arriving. Meetings are happening. Equipment is operating. Deliveries are coming in. Business doesn't stop because it's time to clean.

That's why our approach is designed to work with your operation—not against it. We take the time to understand your schedule, your environment, your priorities, and the details that matter to your business.

• Clean around the operation.
• Respect the environment.
• Communicate clearly.
• Take care of the details.
CLEAN SPACE. PROFESSIONAL IMAGE. RELIABLE SUPPORT.

Quick Answers

Before you submit a request.

Can I request evening or overnight cleaning?

Yes. Request daytime, evening, or overnight service using the date, start time, and hours fields. The date is the day work starts. An end time marked “next day” crosses midnight. All times remain pending availability review.

Do I need an assessment for every service?

No. If you know the direct operational service you need, you can submit a service request. Leadership engagements and matters requiring diagnosis or professional recommendations begin with an assessment. If you are unsure, use Service Guidance.

How is the price determined?

BOH reviews the service, target areas, condition, duration, access, equipment, and scheduling needs before providing the applicable scope and price. A website request does not purchase a fixed assessment or confirm a quoted amount.

Can I request one-time or recurring support?

Focused, one-time work can begin with a direct service request. Recurring coverage, larger projects, and crew requirements begin with an assessment to review scope, staffing, equipment, and scheduling capacity. No recurring engagement or crew is reserved automatically.

Can I request steam cleaning or pressure washing?

Describe the area, surfaces, condition, and desired result in a Specialty Cleaning request. Steam cleaning or pressure washing may be appropriate, but the method, equipment, access, and utilities must be reviewed before acceptance.

Can BOH create SOPs and checklists?

Yes. Operational Procedures & Documentation covers custom SOPs, inspection checklists, duties, task lists, and formatting of existing documents. It is a separate professional service with agreed deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

What if I have a concern about completed service?

For an item identified more than 24 hours after closeout, use the Service Review form to identify the property, service date, and area or work process to be reviewed. BOH reviews the accepted scope, checklist or SOP/LSOP, and closeout record to understand what occurred. A request does not by itself determine fault or promise a remedy.

How often should a restaurant be cleaned?

Different areas have different cleaning needs. Food-service tasks, shared spaces, floors, and deep-clean projects need a plan suited to how the operation uses them. BOH can review your existing routines and scope; a property-specific schedule requires an assessment rather than a generic interval from this chat.

How does BOH approach professional cleaning?

BOH starts with the agreed area, condition, access, and scope. Methods and equipment are selected for the work, followed by cleaning and checks appropriate to the engagement. Detailed procedures and department-specific instructions can be developed through Operational Procedures & Documentation.

What does a hygienic cleaning approach mean?

It means considering the task, surface, tool care, and separation of work between areas, rather than treating every space in the same way. BOH reviews the applicable property requirements and accepted scope before confirming the approach.
